A Few Words About NOAH

Founded in 1997, NOAH is dedicated to providing healthcare for all. A critical component of the healthcare safety net, NOAH’s overarching goal is to increase the number of children, youth, adults, and families receiving access to healthcare in underserved, low-income communities. We offer easy access to integrated health services including medical, dental, behavioral health, psychiatry, nutrition, care coordination, community resource assistance, and prevention education programs.

NOAH accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. Patients will not be denied based on inability to pay. In addition, our Community Resources department offers enrollment assistance for health insurance, financial support programs, food/nutritional assistance, and more.

NOAH is committed to transforming the delivery of primary care by strengthening the relationship between our patients and providers and coordinating care with a team that is committed to our patients’ healthcare needs.

Back To Our Scottsdale Beginnings

Cholla Health Center is located in South Scottsdale, the place where it all began for NOAH, and the place where our story continues. Our Scottsdale community has been vital to the creation of NOAH and in helping us impact thousands of lives with our mission to provide compassionate, quality healthcare to our community over the past 25 years.

Cholla Health Center is an adaptive reuse effort, converting a former car dealership into NOAH’s largest health center offering services, resources, and community connections for all generations.

NOAH is creating this new facility, because we faced a good problem – we were growing too big for our existing health centers. NOAH’s growing patient population meant we needed to find a home to not only fit all of our current patients and providers, but also all of our future patients!

In this new facility, NOAH will be able to expand the number of patients we serve and have the space to add additional services and points of connection for our patients and partners throughout the area.
